Lost Identity Card?

All ID cards/ wallet containings ID cards found during the event have been handed over to the Houba Police Station:

Smartphone, clothing, wallet without ID, jewelry, camera, …

Please start by filling out our online form.
If we find the item based on your report, we’ll contact you directly. You can then collect your belongings at the American Theatre : Avenue du Gros Tilleul 1, 1020 Brussels.

Only until July 4th included, from 9am to 5pm.

Every item will be transferred to the Couleur Café office, located at:

Avenue Monplaisirlaan 77, 1030 Schaerbeek.

These items can be collected there until July 31st (included). Please contact us in advance to make sure the office is open.

Still can’t find your lost item?

Unfortunately, if none of these options were conclusives, we were unable to locate your item.

If your item is valuable (phone, wallet, documents…), we strongly suggest filing a report with the Houba Police Station (contact info above). 

To help avoid future loss or theft:

• Keep valuables in a zipped pocket or secure bag.
• Don’t leave items unattended, even briefly.
• Enable location tracking on devices.
• Take photos of important documents to ease the recovery process if needed.
